The signs exist, and for a good reason.
I didn't come up with this one. I just wanted it to be a hat. Since I went to the trouble of making the design for the hat, I figured it should be a T-shirt and sticker as well.

I have seen various versions of the actual signs and I have seen it on T-shirts before.
Washington loves to tax it's people, add fees and tolls to things, and really goes after small businesses.
Washington's B&O tax is one of the highest of its kind nationally, assessing rates based on gross business revenue rather than net profits to make sure small independent business people must struggle.
We (yes I live here) also have super high excise rates, including the highest gas tax in the nation. Winning!
