The title 'Forevermore' is a bit of an antithesis play on Nevermore. The poet and his raven usually brings nevermore to mind. Here we have a man with striking blue eyes and a thoughtful expression, wearing a cap that says 'Poetry,' he gazes outward as a black bird perches on his shoulder. The style reaches back to many years ago when I did a lot of graphic work for hire. It seemed perfect for this idea. Is it a self portrait? Not exactly, but it is based on me. My poetry, my caps, my style, and my love of crows and ravens are included here.
